Return Process

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Village Cinemas hangtags and labels remain intact.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
